Tiffany is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist serving New York and New Jersey. She’s honored to work with clients navigating dating, courtship, marital intimacy, parenting, extended family dynamics, health diagnoses, infidelity, aging, mental health conditions, grief and loss. She works with couples, families and individuals across life stages and lifespan.

As a systemic and relational therapist, Tiffany most aligns with Attachment, Bowenian, Contextual, Structural and Experiential theories and therapies. She’s completed certifications in Restoration Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples Therapy/Sound Relationship House and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Tiffany is a facilitator of the premarital preparation and marital assessments Prepare/Enrich and Save Your Marriage Before It Starts. She holds an MA MFT from Kairos University’s COAMFTE accredited program. Prior to following the call to this work, Tiffany served in human resources management and organizational development. She holds an MBA, BBA and leadership coaching certification.

Tiffany and her husband raised their three sons in New Jersey. She prioritizes nature walks and tours of gardens with family and friends. Her interests include archaeology, neuroscience and history. To recharge, she appreciates classic films, bike rides, skiing and music.
