Sharon is passionate about destigmatizing struggles and fostering hopeful steps toward healing and growth. She builds a warm, strong alliance with each client, meeting them where they are to create comfort and confidence in therapy. Sharon works collaboratively to explore unhelpful patterns that keep clients stuck or unfulfilled, guiding them toward adaptive responses that align with their values.

Through her work in diverse clinical settings, Sharon is experienced in managing heightened anxiety, depressive feelings, trauma, and relationship challenges. She tailors her approach to each unique client, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), multicultural counseling, and EMDR.

Sharon earned her B.A. in Public Health with a Mental Health concentration from Johns Hopkins University, and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She received additional counseling training from CCEF, Westminster Theological Seminary, and Dallas Theological Seminary.

Sharon values quality time with her family and friends and enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines with her husband, and loving on her tabby cat.
