Sarah Billings

Counseling Intern

Sarah works with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. She approaches counseling with warmth and curiosity, seeking to understand each person’s unique story and offer a space of safety and compassion.

Currently completing her counseling internship, Sarah integrates biblical wisdom with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support clients in navigating life’s challenges and pursuing personal growth. She is pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and aims to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York. Her areas of interest include grief and loss, anxiety and depression, eating disorders, communication, life transitions, and relationships.

Outside of counseling, she enjoys exploring New York City, discovering new foods, spending time with family and friends, walking, and cooking—especially homemade pasta!
