Rebecca Beidel, LMFT

Counselor and Clinical Supervisor

Rebecca received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling at Alliance University. A church planter and pastor’s wife since 1990, she has many years of experience counseling, teaching and living in the urban church context. Rebecca is an adjunct lecturer at Alliance University's NYC campus.

She loves working with couples and has received the most advanced training in Gottman Couple Therapy, is a certified Prepare Enrich (premarital counseling) facilitator and works with individuals and couples on issues of depression, grief, anxiety, communication and relational conflict. She has a special passion for working with people in ministry on issues of ministry burnout, compassion fatigue and boundaries. Rebecca is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She’s a native New Yorker who loves to cook, read and explore the food, arts and endless cultural opportunities in her city but also enjoys camping, canoeing or escaping to the beach with her husband.
