Krizia Garcia serves as the Senior Operations Manager & HR, bringing a strong background in operations management and human resources with experience across healthcare, education, and nonprofit environments.

Originally beginning her academic journey at Lehman College, Krizia later continued her studies in Communications at University at Albany.

Beyond her professional role, Krizia co-leads the hospitality team at her church in Washington Heights. She is also very passionate about mental health advocacy. She cares deeply about her city and hopes to see New York continue to grow into a healthier, more connected, and thriving community.
