Grace specializes in walking alongside adults (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, life transitions, questions of faith, and much more. She cares deeply about her clients and works to create a safe and compassionate space where they can bring their whole selves–body, soul, and spirit.

Grace holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and is licensed in the State of New York. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a Person-Centered approach to encourage growth, healing, and self-awareness.

During her free time, Grace enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and watching funny cat videos.
