Imagine a city where every New Yorker has access to healing and hope. That city is possible because of people like you.
This Giving Tuesday, our mission is simple: To make gospel-centered counseling accessible to every New Yorker who needs it.
Every contribution helps counseling reach farther than the session room. It supports moments of clarity, courage, and care that ripple through homes, workplaces, and communities.
Small acts of generosity grow into lasting change, transforming lives in ways you may never see.
When you give, you are not just supporting therapy. You are helping New York City heal.
What is Giving Tuesday?
Giving Tuesday is a global movement dedicated to generosity.
Each year, on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, people and organizations come together to give back—whether through time, resources, or donations—to causes that make a real impact in their communities.
This Giving Tuesday, we’re joining the movement to bring gospel-centered counseling and healing to New Yorkers who need it most.
Every gift brings gospel-centered counseling to more New Yorkers. Help us reach 100% today
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, nearly 19.1% of U.S. adults had some form of anxiety disorder in the past year.
Almost 1 in 5 Americans wrestle with anxiety every year.
In 2023, 40% of NYC adults reported feeling socially isolated—feeling cut off or distant from others, somewhat or a lot, in the past four weeks.
Counseling doesn’t stop when the session ends.
It continues in the quiet moments, the tough conversations, and the choices we make every day.
When you give, you’re helping healing reach beyond the session into homes, streets, and communities across our city.
Give. Give beyond the session. Give to NYC.
Give Good
This Giving Tuesday, your generosity brings counseling and healing to life across the city. From creating spaces where people can process family dynamics and grow in understanding, to helping faith communities embrace mental health, restoring strained family relationships, and guiding New Yorkers toward resilience and hope—every gift makes a real impact.
Through this campaign, we’re sharing stories and experiences that show the work happening in neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, and homes. Your contribution helps make these moments possible, reaching far beyond the counseling session itself.
Equipping New Yorkers with Resilience & Hope
With 1 in 4 NYC adults experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, we focus on helping individuals navigate loneliness, social anxiety, and everyday challenges, building emotional strength and hope for the future.

Strengthening NYC Families
Many strained relationships contribute to stress and isolation. Through counseling, we help families restore connections, teaching forgiveness and reconciliation while fostering resilience and hope.
Hear from one of our counselors, Michael Duncanson, as he shares how forgiveness can transform relationships and bring lasting healing.
Reducing Stigma
We equip pastors and ministry leaders to embrace mental health through programs like the Redeemer Counseling Fellows Program, a 9-month intensive training led by gospel-centered therapists. By addressing mental health openly, communities learn to support one another with understanding and compassion.
As the Church embraces this work, communities grow stronger, safer, and more compassionate.
Hear from Pastor Cheech Chung as he shares how integrating faith and mental health is transforming the way the Church cares for people.
Impact NYC’s Communities with Emotional Health
Through Renewal Groups, like the Emotional Regulation Support Group, we provide spaces for New Yorkers to process family dynamics, reflect on personal growth, and learn healthy ways to navigate life at home and work. These groups foster belonging and shared healing.
