Do you struggle with emotional sensitivity? Anxiety? Overwhelm?

  • Great Compliment to your 1:1 counseling.

  • Become more effective in communicating needs in your relationships.

These groups use materials developed by Marsha Linehan, the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Training modules. We also integrate Biblical principles into the curriculum.

Requirements

  • Continuous weekly attendance is required.

  • Clients are also required to be in individual therapy.

  • Clients must complete an intake counseling session with the group counselor.

Fees

  • $50 per group session, paid weekly online. Each group has a different number of weeks.

  • There is a one-time intake session with the group therapist for a fee of $70.

Registration

Click on the group you would like to join to register for the group. Sharon’s rolling enrollment group has a waiting list, and you will be contacted when there is an opening in her group or one of the other two groups.
