Ashley specializes in walking with clients through experiences of anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, ministry, motherhood, chronic pain and spiritual questions. She holds a Master’s in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. She interned for the Christian Counseling Education Foundation and has additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Ashley teaches Parenting Workshops and writes about corrective relational experiences with Jesus. 

Ashley is married and has four children, and enjoys deep conversation and being physically active, playing tennis and volleyball, skiing, and adventuring with family and friends.
