Yvelis has earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Lehman College in the Bronx. Yvelis brings more than fifteen years of financial and operational experience to RCS. She fell in love with operations in 2014 and is always looking for innovative ways to support and create Standard Operating Procedures. She firmly believes operations are the backbone of any organization.

Yvelis has a servant's heart and is always willing to help and support wherever she can. Yvelis presently serves as an usher and mission co-leader at Harvest Fields Community Church. She also often serves with the Disciples of Galilee, which is a local ministry in the Bronx serving the growing homeless population. This ministry is dear to her heart because they are serving individuals who are addicted, afflicted, and facing homelessness. Disciples of Galilee offers her a true opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus and support her borough. She enjoys her time reading, writing short funny stories, and spending time with family and friends.
