Matthew Smith serves as the Director of Development for Redeemer Counseling Services, bringing nearly seven years of nonprofit development experience along with a background in digital marketing from corporate America. He holds a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University. Matthew has also completed certified training in nonprofit development through NYU.

Matthew has a deep passion for ministry and teaching the Bible. A licensed minister and pastor within the Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA), he is committed to helping others grow in their faith. One of his favorite books is Preaching by Tim Keller, which continues to shape his teaching ministry approach. His love for God and people fuels his dedication to sharing the gospel and connecting others to the hope and truth found in Christ.
